A mountaineering team from Georgia climbed Saragrar Peak in Turku for the first time. The 21909 feet high peak had not been climbed by anyone yet.

No one has yet climbed the Sargarar peak in Torkho tehsil of Upper Chitral district. This peak was first climbed by a team of mountaineers from Georgia. Under the supervision of team leader Archie Badriashili, Baqar Gelashvili and Giorgi Tepnadze climbed the peak.
He also climbed the Lungoti snow peak in the Trich Valley, which is 20,499 feet high.
Trich Mir Travel guided and arranged his 35 climbs in the Hindu Kush. For the first time in history, the peak was climbed by Georgian climbers. On their return, a brief ceremony was held at a local hotel in Chitral in which Shamsuddin and Hussain Ahmed introduced the guests to the traditional Chitral Pakul (hat).
While presenting, he put a hat on their heads which is considered an honor.
Talking to our correspondent, the climbers said that they have already climbed the peaks of Kyrgyzstan, Nepal, Eastern Europe and Nanga Parbat.

He said that this peak is more difficult than others and it requires special skills.
He said that he had reached this peak of Chitral from Trich Valley on August 22 and to climb this peak we had set up twenty porters to pick up our luggage.
He said that other climbers should also come to Chitral and fulfill their passion in the local environment.
Hussain Ahmed did not fail to provide all kinds of facilities to these climbers and took care of them in every way.
He said that the purpose of calling these climbers Chitral is to climb such peaks here and thereby promote tourism.
