Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Secretary Khurram Ali Agha and Gilgit-Baltistan Tourism Minister Raja Nasir welcomed the climbers in Shigar. A well-armed contingent of tourist police saluted on the helipad.
The Gilgit-Baltistan government had arranged a luncheon for the climbers at Sugar Fort.
Commander 62 and Deputy Commissioner Shigar and SP Shigar were also present on the occasion.
Presented cultural hats and other gifts to the guests.
A cake was also cut at Sugar Fort on the success of Nepali climbers. On this occasion, Nepali climbers thanked the government for providing hospitality and better facilities in Pakistan and declared Gilgit-Baltistan as a tourist destination. Nepali climbers consider lunch as their second home.
